I just purchased my first home, and I am so grateful to Lauren and Keith for making that possible! I had rather specific (one might say impractical) ideas of what I wanted in a house, which might have frustrated other realtors considering my modest budget. Not so with Lauren and Keith.They were extremely patient with me, and unbelievably hardworking and resourceful. They went above and beyond to find a perfect fit for me, and make sure that the process went smoothly every single step of the way. Lauren has been so helpful, providing guidance about everything from obtaining a loan and comparing terms, to negotiating contracts, to making sure that everything was ready for closing. Even now that I have closed, she is still in my corner, talking to contractors on my behalf about repair work. I highly recommend Lauren and Keith - I can't imagine that there are any better realtors in the city. They are professional, diligent, well-connected, patient, and really all-around nice people, and I have very much enjoyed working with them. (Natalie B)
